Sales Consultants provide assistance with the fundamentals of the permit and application process, and are available to discuss any changes or product questions during the planning and build process.

Our Office Staff guides and supports our general operations. From the financial aspects through drafting and purchasing, there is an entire support team to streamline the behind-the-scenes efforts. While you might not interact directly with our Office Staff team members, each have a very important role in assuring you receive the best Brookside Homes building experience possible.

Our experienced Construction Managers steer you through the course of the on-site construction and ensure your home is built according to Brookside Homes’ high quality standards. Each homeowner is assigned a Construction Manager, who is the point of contact for product information and scheduling questions throughout the build process.

Our skilled Field Crew team are master craftspeople with long-standing relationships with Brookside. We use the same team members on our jobs for consistent, high-quality results, and do not bid or sub-out jobs to the cheapest local contractor.

Our Service Department provides post-construction support and peace of mind. Beyond the formal service checkpoints at 60 days and one year following the completion of your home, our Service Department is available to answer your questions and address any concerns once you move into your new home.

Owners Steve Wagner and Randy Davis have over 55 years of combined experience at Brookside Homes. Steve and Randy set high expectations for all aspects of the building process and ensure those expectations are met through hands-on, active involvement in the day-to-day operations. Before construction starts, Steve meets with every homeowner at their lot for the pre-construction site visit.
