Whether you are working with our Selinsgrove, Williamsport, or Mansfield office, collectively we believe in working together as a team! Our focus is to make every customer feel valued, heard, and supported through every part of their build. This starts with our incredibly talented and knowledgable Sales Team. Your Sales Consultant will walk you through creating and designing your floor plan, quoting your home to stay within budget, and the signing of all contracts/need-to-know information as you build.

Brookside Homes owner, Steve Wagner, and/or his son Anthony will meet with you at the site you plan to build your home. Anthony is our Production Director and has been a valuable asset to Brookside for over 10 years. They will discuss the best placement of your home, septic, driveway, and excavation needs. If you are not using a Brookside Homes excavator, this is the time to coordinate your own excavator to be there so everyone can be on the same page.

Now is the time you get to break ground on your home and meet our production team! You have officially graduated from sales to production. Marlin Yoder, Quality Control/Construction Manager will be your new point of contact after signing the Sales Agreement with your Sales Consultant. His immense knowledge and skills in the framing world has made him an invaluable asset to overseeing the first few months of your build. He will oversee you through the basement being set, framing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, siding, stone, and any other detail up to the drywall phase. As Construction Managers are cross-trained, you may also have Marlin hand over the keys during your Final Walk Through. 

The end is here!  Anthony Wagner is our Production Director who supervises every home from start to finish. Anthony, or one of Brookside's trained Construction Managers, will do the final walk through of your home to address questions, review things you need to know, and make sure you are satisfied before we hand over the keys to your home. You are officially a Brookside homeowner!
