Let us show you our gratitude for being a Brookside Homes' advocate. When you follow a few guidelines, we mail you a check once the family you referred breaks ground on their new Brookside Home.

How do you qualify?

The family that you refer to Brookside Homes must mention your name to their Sales Consultant upon their FIRST meeting. Our staff is trained to ask, "How did you hear about us?". Of course, we want to know if they saw a billboard, saw us at a home show, or if they have passed our model home, but in order to pay you a referral fee, they must tell us that it was your recommendation that brought them to our door.

To ensure fairness to all participants and to continue our referral program, the following guidelines are to be followed:

• Referred family mentions your name upon first contract and letter is mailed to you. A copy is kept on our records regarding the notification.
• Only one referral fee can be paid per referred customer. Therefore, sales that involve realtor fees/commissions do not qualify for this program.
• Referred customers that have already received a quote from Brookside do not qualify for this program.
• Referral fee is paid once new customer breaks ground on their new Brookside Home.
• Must be 18 years + to participate.
• Employees and trade partners of Brookside Homes do not qualify.
• Program subject to applicable laws and void where prohibited.
• Brookside Homes has the right to review all referral payments and program can be changed or terminated at any time.
