From cottages to large two story homes, we have plans for every budget and need. Our plans are fully customizable and our experienced sales consultants will work with you to design the perfect dream home. You will receive detailed floor plans of your custom home that are made in-house by our drafting team. If we don't have a plan that you are looking for, we will work with your own plan. Over the years our quoting process has been a reoccurring praise. Customers have been so grateful for how transparent we are with pricing and that our base prices include many upgraded features that are not added expenses. During the initial phases of meeting with a sales consultant we will go over our standard features, talk to you about the must-have features you need in your home, and discuss a wish list of items that you would like to include. You will receive an incredibly detailed quote where you will be able to see pricing for each upgraded item so that you can pick and choose the items most important to you to stay within budget.
