Key Responsibilities
Utilize your skills in constructing the fundamental structures of a home. Assist with basic electrical applications. Apply precision in trimming, ensure seamless drywall finishes, and perform minor paint corrections to assure a pristine appearance of our homes. General clean-up and some heavy lifting required as part of your duties.
Qualifications
Experience in framing, roofing, siding, and basic electrical work is preferred. Additional Skills in trim installation, drywall repair, and paint touch-ups are a plus. Consistent attendance and dependability are essential.
