All of our homes are covered by a 1-year workmanship/material warranty and a 12-year structural warranty.

You are not alone after you receive the keys to your new home.  Our full-time Service Department staff will assist you with needs or concerns that may arise. They will automatically reach out to you at 60 days and one year post-move in.  These two automatic contacts provide you the opportunity to identify any items of concern for Brookside Homes to address specifically within that first year of home ownership.  Typical requests addressed under the 1-year workmanship/material warranty could include minor adjustments to doors/windows/cabinets or items that were not found during your Final Walk Through at the time you received your keys.  All homes “season” over time, and some items like nail pops or drywall cracks, may occur during this process and will be addressed at the end of year service. 

Our 12-year structural warranty is administered and backed by an independent third-party to ensure fairness and transparency. Since joining the warranty program in 2007, Brookside Homes has had zero warranty claims!  While manufacturer's warranties will guide the coverage of items such as your heat system and floorcoverings, the 12-year structural warranty covers load-bearing components as well as to further define what is required of general homeownership and what Brookside is expected to take care of as your homebuilder.  This Warranty is purchased for you by Brookside Homes because we build our homes to such high standards that there is no reason to not provide our customers this extended peace of mind.
