For the third time in 2016, Brookside Homes was awarded “Readers’ Choice” best home builder by an area newspaper. This time, it was the Williamsport Sun-Gazette readers who voted Brookside Homes as the best home builder in the newspaper’s annual contest.
For the second time this year, Brookside Homes was awarded the 2016 Best Home Builder in The Daily Item’s first Readers’ Choice Best of the Valley contest. Brookside had been awarded the Gold Readers’ Choice Award from the Milton Standard Journal in June.
Brookside Homes was awarded the 2015 Gold Reader’s Choice Best Home Builder in the Milton Standard Journal’s first Reader’s Choice Awards Contest. Readers nominated and voted for local businesses across 172 categories. The Milton Standard Journal awarded a gold and silver winner in each category.
Brookside Homes recently received an award from its warranty provider, American eWarranty, for its quality workmanship and products. Brookside Homes has never had a warranty claim since the inception of the eWarranty program, an achievement which spans more than seven consecutive years.
